Large Non-Profit Organization in Waltham is currently seeking a Conference/HR Assistant Coordinator to assist with a wide range of responsibilities from reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, answering incoming inquiries, and maintaining payroll to coordinating conferences with the Diversity Director. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys networking and is passionate about learning from the Human Resources and Events Management fields.

Job Requirements: |
The ideal candidate must have at least six months of administrative experience or an internship. This position requires access to a vehicle on a daily basis. The assistant must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
