Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a skilled Program Manager to work as a part of our on-site operations team . If you have the ability to establish, foster and maintain positive working relationships, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, can manage priorities, and have a successful track record within the HR/recruiting/staffing management space, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.
The manager works on site to handle the recruiting and management of the client's contingent workforce and in some cases perm hiring. The Program Manager serves as a liaison between the staffing firm and the client customer.
Essential Functions:
* Manages and is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for tactical/operational service delivery for one dedicated account
* Optimizes service to the client in a high quality, cost-effective manner
* Fill job requirements in timely manner while focusing on quality
* Run daily operational reports to track progress on job openings
* Identify, address, and resolve any performance issues.
* Drive and manage sourcing for assigned requisitions |
Job Requirements: |
Position Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of five years full time experience in HR or Recruiting
* Access to a vehicle on a regular basis
* Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations across all levels of an organization
* Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel and email
