Professional Staffing Group (PSG), Boston's largest staffing firm, specializing in temporary and permanent staffing in the areas of Office Support, Accounting/Finance, Creative, Healthcare and Technical, is looking to add a Branch Manager.

We are looking for someone who can place an emphasis on sales and marketing, and should have staffing experience including sales experience. The Branch Manager will also have supervisory responsibilities that include, but are not limited to; hiring and training as well as maintaining the positive work environment for the internal staff. Additionally, the Branch Manager will develop and manage client relations and services for all accounts by conducting on-site client visits and implementing strategic, client specific service plans.

Job Requirements: |
To be successful in this position, you will need to provide excellent customer service to enhance client retention and possess strong time management skills. You will be building and maintaining strategic business relationships with clients via proactive and responsive business relations in addition maintaining positive relationships with assigned employees throughout their employment experience.
