Professional Staffing Group (PSG), Boston's largest staffing firm, specializing in temporary and permanent staffing in the areas of Office Support, Accounting/Finance, Creative, Healthcare and Technical, is looking to add a business development manager.

This is an exciting new position at PSG that will focus on cultivating and developing new business at large Massachusetts organizations. The position is a "true" Business Development role. While you will need to work closely with PSG's service teams in all four of our service lines to ensure continued customer satisfaction post contract, you will not have any direct service responsibilities thereby allowing you to focus solely on identifying and developing new business relationships.
Responsibilities are follows:
-Identifying potential new business relationships with large organizations.
-Prepare written proposals and responses to RFP's as well as in-person presentations.
-Negotiate and close new business.
-Work with PSG's service team on implementation of new major customers and ensure continued customer satisfaction.

-Minimum 5 years sales experience
-Strong in-person and written presentation skills
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Staffing (or related) experience and knowledge of the Boston/Massachusetts business landscape of major staffing users.
